General English – Beginning English Curriculum

Course Overview

Beginning English is a modular program that carries Vietnamese learners from zero to confident elementary user. Instruction is delivered in 24-lesson modules (each lesson 50 minutes, ≈ 20 guided hours). Most learners advance from complete beginner through CEFR A1 and on to A2 in about 200 classroom hours, matching international benchmarks. Each module blends pronunciation drills, functional grammar, high-frequency vocabulary and speaking practice, so improvements are both measurable and immediately useful.

Level 01 (CEFR A1)

Beginner-level English for adults with a focus on daily life communication, routines, feelings, food, directions, and foundational speaking fluency. Includes present simple and continuous tenses, WH-questions, and core vocabulary.

Level 02 (CEFR A2)

Level 02 develops the grammar, vocabulary, and fluency skills needed to function independently in familiar everyday situations. Learners expand their ability to talk about past and future events, describe experiences, make comparisons, and understand short texts and spoken passages. Completion of this level marks full CEFR A2 proficiency and readiness for Intermediate English.
